When should I RSVP by?

We ask that you and your party RSVP or decline your invitation no later than October 2, 2024. If you are unable to RSVP by the deadline, we cannot guarantee you or your party a seat or plate at our wedding. Our RSVP page is located on our website. Click the button at the top left of our website and click the ‘RSVP’ tab.

Where are we registered?

Karsen and I are registered at Timmins Hardware in El Dorado, AR and Millyn’s in Dardanelle, AR. We are also registered on Amazon and Target. You can find the link to our registries under the ‘Registry’ tab on our website!

What should I wear?

We ask that guests wear what falls in the “dressy-casual” guidelines. Think fancier than what you wear at work, but not black-tie or formal wear. While we encourage you to wear whatever color you’d like, please reserve the color white and any similar shades for the bride.

Can I bring a plus one?

While we would love to extend the party, we have planned for a certain number of guests. Your invitation will indicate how many seats we will have reserved for your party. If you bring more people than we have accounted for on your invitation, we cannot guarantee your extra guest a seat or a plate at our wedding.

Can we bring our kids?

Although we love your children, we are not able to accommodate them due to restricted numbers. We hope you will see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and celebrate with us!

What time do I need to be there?

The ceremony is scheduled to start at 4:00 p.m. We kindly request that you and your party arrive no later than 3:50 p.m. If you do arrive after that time, you will be asked to wait outside until after the ceremony. But hang around, we’ll see you at the reception!

Where do I park?

The Venue at Stonebrook Meadows has onsite parking. The parking lot is gravel, so if you have a difficult time walking, please plan accordingly and either arrive earlier or be dropped off at the door.

Can I take photographs during the ceremony?

We have hired an excellent photographer to capture our special day. We ask that all cell phones be silenced and kept tucked away once you take your seat at our wedding. But once the reception begins, feel free to snap some pictures!

Can I leave my vehicle overnight?

The wedding party and all attendees have to be off of the premises by 12 a.m. the night of our wedding. This includes vehicles in the parking lot as well. Please plan accordingly.

Will there be drinks?

Karsen and I have planned to serve a select number of seltzers and beer. However, you are welcome to bring your own beverage.; no hard liquor please. We request that it either stays in your vehicle or if it comes into the venue, that you place it behind the bar- where it will be served by someone over the age of 21. Please understand that we will not be responsible for anyone if they have a little too much fun, and we ask that you plan accordingly.

Will the ceremony and reception be outdoors or indoors?

Both the ceremony and the reception will be held inside. There will be a short interval between the ceremony and reception where guests will be asked to move outside in order to set up for the reception.

What color are the bridesmaids wearing?

Our lovely bridesmaids will be wearing terracotta dresses!

What is the seating arrangement for the ceremony?

The ceremony will be open seating. However, we do ask that rows at the front of the ceremony be left open for immediate family of the bride and groom. The reception seating will also be open. We encourage you to mingle around and sit wherever you’d like!
