We met while attending the School of Social Work at Memorial University. When we graduated in 2019, Hunter accepted a job in Goose Bay (knowing that is Olivias hometown), and he took that as an opportunity to connect with Olivia.

For nearly a year, our relationship was long distance due to having jobs in different parts of the province. Hunter lived in Goose Bay and Olivia in St. Anthony. Hunter then moved to Springdale while Olivia continued living in St. Anthony. Eventually, Olivia moved to Gander in May 2020, and Hunter followed in January 2021.

In our 4 years of being together, we finally moved to the same town, bought a house, added our dog Rielly to our family, and Hunter proposed on May 29, 2023. We are so thrilled to be getting married in October 2024!
