As Tenuta San Masseo is a smaller venue with limited space, unfortunately we could not accommodate everyone in the villa. However there are a few options close by which are fantastic alternatives.

Giotto Country & Spa Assisi | Official website

Although Giotto Country House is one of the higher priced options available, it is an amazing site and could not be closer to Tenuta San Masseo. Breakfast is included and they also boast a pool, spa and tennis court.

Unica Country House B&B

Unica B&B is a further distance away in comparison to other options but is a better nightly rate too. As the road between these is smaller we've been told it is not recommended to walk and taxis should be booked in advance to get to and from Tenuta San Masseo. Slightly restrictive check in from 10:00 to 12:30 and check out from 08:30 to 10:00.

B&B All'Antica Mattonata

All'Antica Mattonata is probably the most expensive recommendation but with a hot tub overlooking Assisi you can see why from their website. Breakfast is also included here and taxi to Tenuta San Masseo is also recommended.

Agriturismo Panorama D'Incanto

The fourth option is the second closest to Tenuta San Masseo and one of the best priced options by far. Pre booking a taxi to Tenuta San Masseo is recommended here also although it is a much shorter distance to go and probably not as dangerous if this is what the taxi is recommended for. Details on this website are a little harder to determine but is a good option for pricing and location.
