Bus leaves Hyatt Place Buffalo/Amherst at 2:30 PM Recommended arrival at the venue is at 3:00 PM The wedding ceremony will start at 3:30 Cocktail hour will follow at 4:00 Then dinner and speeches at 5:00 Dancing and fun at 6:00 Music ends at 10:00 Bus leaves at 10:30

There is a hotel block at the Hyatt Place Buffalo/Amherst and at the Reikart House, Buffalo. More info can be found in the Travel page.

There will be busses going from the Hyatt Place Amherst (5020 Main St, Amherst, NY) to and from the wedding venue. On the RSVP, there will be a section on if you are riding the bus or not. Taxi/Uber services are not active where the wedding is being held and should not be relied on.

Cocktail attire. Our ceremony is on the lawn so please wear appropriate footwear. Cowboy boots not required, but encouraged.

We kindly request that our wedding be adult only.

There is ample parking available at the venue and golf carts to transport guests from the parking lot.

Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outdoors on Notting Hill's Lawn. The reception will be indoors and climate controlled.
