Ceremony starts at 6 p.m. Please arrive by 5:30 p.m., followed by a cocktail hour from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., and a reception from 7:30 to 11 p.m.

Horseshoe Bay Resort hotel address is: 200 Hi Cir N, Horseshoe Bay, TX 78657. The actual ceremony will be held at the Horseshoe Bay Resort Yacht Club, located at 1009 Horseshoe Bay Blvd, Horseshoe Bay, TX 78657, on the Shoreline Lawn. Transportation will be provided from the hotel to the ceremony location. 🏨 See the "Hotel" tab for a link to the hotel.

There will be a $30 per night charge by the hotel for resort fees as well as self-parking.

Cocktail hour from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., and a reception from 7:30 to 11 p.m.

Shuttle service from the hotel to the wedding location will be provided.

The two closest airports are Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (60 miles to Horseshoe Bay Resort) and San Antonio International Airport (84 miles to Horseshoe Bay Resort).

The ceremony, cocktail and reception will be held outside as long as weather permits.
