The venue is three miles away from downtown Boulder and there is over night parking. SHUTTLE BUS: The buff bus shuttle will do two pick ups at the Embassy Suites at 3:45pm and 4:20pm on 5/17/24 for the 5:00pm ceremony. After the Wedding Reception there will be multiple return times. Return #1: 9:00pm to Embassy Suites. Return #2: 10:15pm to The Downer and Embassy Suites.

Due to space constraints and safety restrictions, we are unable to accommodate children at our celebration.

We will have buffet with eight assorted salads, herb roasted red potatoes (VG, GF) and seasonal vegetables (VG, GF). There will be a choice of three entrees: Harvest Grain-Stuffed Bell Pepper (VG, GF), Rosemary Garlic Herb Chicken (GF, DF), and Carved Roast Beef Au Jus with Creamed Horseradish (GF)

There are many hotels in Boulder to choose from. If traveling with a large party, please also check out Air BNB or VRBO.
