You made it out to Traverse City, the Cherry Capital, so this stop is a MUST!! Everything all things Cherry. Chocolate covered cherrys, cherry salsa, cherry bbq sauce, cherry candies, dried cherry sausage… it’s SO yummy and in the heart of downtown. A perfect pit stop while you’re cruising around our cute little town.

Ps. They also have wine tasting!!

We live here! Good food and good vibes, always. They have live music on Fridays, sometimes Saturdays, in the summer. A whole dog friendly outside lot full of the best food trucks while inside has a bar and the BEST Taco Shop in Northern Michigan, Happys. We highly recommend making your way over to this sweet downtown spot.


Our favorites: Street Tacos, Spicy Super Burrito, Super Burrito. We are a big fan of the pork!

This is our absolute favorite spot to eat and has been since the day we moved up to Traverse City. Its the definition of Farm to Table organic, clean food. We have never had one thing on the menu that wasnt the most delicious thing ever!


Our favorites: Hummus platter, pizzas, black bean burger, mac n cheese, and their ciders of course!!

This place is so relaxed and fun. We’ve been here a few times after yoga classes to grab a drink and a burger. They always have old board games you can play. Not sure if we’ve just been on the right days but they have a lot of live music as well! GREAT spot to be.

You can rent bikes downtown and ride all over these beautiful trails along Lake Michigan and through forest like settings.
