All invited guests will be listed on the formal invitation, as well as on our site. If someone on your invite cannot attend, we kindly ask that you decline their spot and do not replace them with someone else. We are only accommodating our close family and friends at this time and will have a seating chart to match accordingly. We thank you for understanding!

While we love and adore your little ones, this will be an adult (18+) ONLY celebration. We hope that you use this day as an opportunity to enjoy a night off and celebrate. We appreciate you in advance for making prior arrangements and joining us.

This event will be semi-formal. The only thing we ask is that no one wear anything white or close to it, i.e. cream, ivory, beige, etc. If you are looking to match our theme, our wedding colors are sage green, black, and shades of pink (dusty rose, rose gold, blush, redwood). Spring/Floral dresses encouraged! Men feel free to wear boots and jeans! Cowboy hats are a plus (:

The ceremony will start at 6pm. We ask that you arrive no earlier than 15-20 minutes early. This allows our vendors maximum time to perfect everything for you, as well as you to be seated and comfortable by the start.

The sooner we receive a response the better! The latest we can accept a response is May 1st. If a response is not recieved by this date, you will be marked "No". We will miss you however, we have to provide our venue and vendors with an exact guest count ahead of time. Thank you!

The ceremony will be "unplugged", meaning all phones are silenced and put away. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to capture the best pictures possible. We can share pictures with you once we receive them, but we ask you do not have your phones out to take your own pictures, as it will ruin the look of the professional ones. After the ceremony, please take as many pictures and videos as you like!

There will be an open bar! We will have a set menu with two signature cocktails, beer, and wine. Our bartenders have rules that they must abide by, meaning we can not serve shots, doubles, on the rocks, or neat for the liquor. Please drink responsibly!
