The reception should start at 5:30 until 10 pm with cocktail hour from 4 to 5:30 pm.

Semi-formal to formal with dancing shoes. Of course. Men: suit & tie, blazer & slacks, or dress shirt & dress pants, etc. Women: cocktail dress, dressy separates, etc. Bib overalls if you just came out of the field working.

Children are allowed, especially newborns, however I understand if you think it is best to have a sitter for the event no worries. There will be no special accommodations for young children.

There will be a bonfire during the reception. There are two miniature donkeys that can be pet through the fence and to hold a conversation with. We have been asked to stay within the white fence parameter.

There will not be any shuttle arrangements. The drive time should be about 15 minutes from the hotel(s) to the venue. If there are party members that will be drinking please remember to have a designated driver and drink responsibly.
