In December 2021, Andrew found a video of Paige singing worship music while playing her guitar. Wanting to compliment a stranger, he messaged her Instagram page and told her she had a beautiful voice and was a talented guitar player. They messaged back and forth and found out that they had a lot of things in common. They decided to meet up when returning to Abilene (since they both attended ACU). Andrew picked up Paige and took her to get a pizza from Papa Johns. They went off-roading in his Jeep to the lake, watched the sunset, and stargazed. The rest is history!__________________________________________

On December 10, 2023, Andrew surprised Paige by taking her on a trail ride at the ACU farm called the Rhoden. The farm manager usually doesn't allow this, but since Andrew worked there, an exception was made. Paige rode her favorite horse, Beau, while Andrew rode Diesel. After a fun 30-40 minute trail ride, Andrew asks Paige if she wants to take a break. They get off and tie their horses. Andrew pulls a speaker out and starts playing their favorite playlist to slow dance to. They slow dance beside the horses, and the song "Buy Dirt" comes on. Andrew explains to Paige that he wants to do everything this song says with Paige: "Buy dirt, find the one you can't live without,get a ring let your knee hit the ground, do what you love but call it work,throw a little money in the plate at church, send your prayers up and your roots down deep, add a few limbs to your family tree,,." Andrew reaches into his pocket and pulls out a ring box he made himself out of mesquite and walnut wood. He goes down to one knee, asking "Emily Paige Boucher, will you marry me?" Paige was crying and said yes, and after they hugged, four people jumped out of the bushes! Andrew's brothers Luke and Adam, and Paige's close friends Skylar and Ja'Dasia. They had been hiding in the bushes, taking photos and videos of the whole thing! It was such a beautiful and special day.

Hannah is a treasured and dear friend. She and Paige met in 2021 after Hannah had a dream that she would baptize a blonde track runner. That dream came to pass, and Hannah baptized Paige on June 5, 2021. Paige is very blessed to have Hannah as a mentor, sister, and friend.

Ja’Dasia and Paige met freshman year of college. They have run track together for 3 years, and they have been roommates since sophomore year of college. At a revival event in June 2022, Paige baptized Ja’Dasia and they have been on fire for the Lord together ever since! 

Ja’Dasia Sims

Skylar and Paige met freshman year of college where they ran track together. They became roommates along with Ja’Dasia sophomore year. Skylar asked Paige to baptize her in August 2022 at Jacob’s Dream on ACU campus. Skylar is a great friend and they love being goofy together. 

Skylar Harris

Lacy is Andrew's sister. Paige has loved spending time with Lacy and getting to know her over the years and is so excited to finally have the sister she never had growing up.

Bree and Paige met on the track team at ACU and started hanging out through their mutual friend, Ja'Dasia. They have become close over the years, going on adventures together and being a part of the FCA leadership team.

Paige and Katy met through Paige's childhood friend, Kevin. When Kevin and Katy started dating, Paige was introduced to Katy and they chatted and spent time together. Now, they are dear friends and sisters in Christ.

Katy Swedlund

Paige met Frances when she was doing a research project for the Ag department at ACU. They discovered they went to the same church, so they started sitting together on Sundays. Frances is very genuine, sweet, and loyal. They became quick friends and share a passion for the Lord.

Addie is one of Andrew's first cousins. Andrew and Paige love spending time with Addie and her family. She is a joy to be around!

Addie Thompson

Maya and Paige became close over the years when Andrew would bring Paige to the Leach family farm. Paige has loved spending time with Maya and loves her funny, sweet personality.

Josie is a creative, smart, and brave girl. Paige has loved hanging out with Josie and her family, sharing meals, making balloon animals, and playing with puppies. Josie is very special to Paige.

Abrah is a dear friend to Paige. Paige has enjoyed watching Abrah grow up and blossom into the wonderful, Jesus-loving young lady she is.

Sage is a one-of-a-kind girl that Paige adores! They have had so many fun adventures together and Paige loves spending time with sweet Sage.

Luke is one of Andrew's brothers. He has always been dependable, creative, and hard-working.

Adam is one of Andrew's brothers. Everyone around him knows he is goofy, energetic, and kind.

Isaac and Andrew have been friends almost since they were born. While being in military families and moving all over the world, they have always been close despite the distance. Isaac brings the party wherever he goes, is super fun and funny to be around, but also is committed and hard-working wherever he is involved.

Andrew and Maclean met freshman year at ACU. They are in the same fraternity together, and bond over many things, including cars. They love doing intramurals together and have also become strong brothers in Christ.

Maclean Edgley

Tanner and Andrew met at ACU. They are in the same fraternity together and have become really close in the past few years. They are strong brothers in Christ. 

Tanner Hill

Ethan is a friend to both Andrew and Paige. Being on the same track team as Paige and the same social club as Andrew, they all have had fun being on the FCA leadership team, doing game nights, and having worship sessions. 

Ethan Christian

Kevin and Paige grew up together in the same youth group. Over the years, they have become good friends and siblings in Christ. Andrew and Kevin have also become close friends.

Kevin Swedlund

Elex is one of Andrew's cousins. He is very athletic, kindhearted, and competitive. Andrew and Paige enjoy spending time with him and his sweet family.

Jonah is a wise, energetic, and silly boy. He is always cracking hilarious jokes and generously sharing his food or toys. 

Jonah Morin

When asked to be our ring bearer, Braylon asked his mom if he needed a bear suit. We love Braylon, his creativity, and his joy. He is one of Andrew's cousins.

Due to the large guest count, we are letting people choose their own accommodations, whether that be a hotel. AirBnB, VRBO, etc. If enough people are wanting a specific hotel, we can block off some rooms to get everyone a discount.
