Ryan and Paige met in 2020 shortly after she moved to St. Louis for graduate school. At this time Ryan was bartending at a local bar in Kirkwood, Billy G’s. Paige went to Billy G’s a number of times over the next few months after a day of studying. She left her number on a napkin for Ryan. They had a friendly relationship at the time, but would reconnect a year later and started dating. They moved in together shortly after and got engaged in June of 2023 while vacationing in Jamaica.
