Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya is an all-inclusive resort. Your room cost includes meals at any of their restaurants, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, snacks, 24/7 room service, land sports, access to the fitness center, pool and beachside service, daily activities, nightly entertainment, access to all bars and the nightclub, wi-fi, tax and gratuities.

Airfare is separate from the resort cost and is to be booked individually. Please look for flights traveling to Cancun airport. Private round-trip group transfers will be added to your reservation when you book your hotel room. This will ensure that you have transportation to the Hard Rock upon arrival and to the airport upon departure. *NOTE: An airport will also be opening in Tulum in December 2023. We will provide updates regarding the airport as we receive them from our travel agent.

YES! If you already have a passport, ensure that it is valid through November 2025 as Mexico requires that your passport be valid for at least six months beyond your date of departure.

No. The wedding ceremony and reception are taking place at Blue Venado Riviera Maya. This is an 8-minute shuttle ride from the Hard Rock resort. We will provide private transportation to and from the venue.

Cocktail attire. Blue Venado is an outside venue, as such please dress as you feel appropriate for the month of May in Riviera Maya. Please refrain from wearing white and pink, as shades of pink will be worn by the bridal party.

We want you to treat this weekend as your vacation, and you are welcome to bring additional family members to stay at the resort. However, only those who are named on your wedding invitation will have a seat at the wedding ceremony and reception.

Yes. The United States issues travel advisories for each country. Notably, popular vacation spots including Mexico, Italy, France, the UK, the Bahamas, the DR, and the Maldives, all have the same travel advisory rating. The Hard Rock Riviera Maya has proven to be a safe place for visitors by earning WTTC's global safety stamp. Blue Venado is a private venue with its own security. Private transportation will take us to Blue Venado for the wedding ceremony and reception.
