Please dress in semi-formal clothing appropriate for an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception.
Do I have to use a hotel block?
No, the hotel blocks are optional, but we have set them up for your convenience and to try and save you some money.
Is this a destination wedding?
Yes and no, the venue is very close to the bride and groom, but many guests will be coming from out of state. Why not make the trip into a vacation? Check out the “Things to Do” tab.
Do I need to bring a gift?
While your presence on the big day is a gift in itself, we understand if you’d also like to get something for the couple. Check out the registry tab where gifts can be sent directly to the couple, no need to take up extra space in your suitcase.
Will there be food?
Yes, there will be passed hors devours during cocktail hour. Entree’s and sides will be available in the buffet room during dinner. And of course there will be cake! Please let us know of any food allergies prior to the big day.
Will there be alcohol?
Yes, there will be an open bar. Please remember, one drink at altitude equals two drinks at sea level. The drinks are on us, the hangover is on you.
How can I be a great wedding guest?
We ask that you please put cell phones and cameras away during the ceremony in order to be fully present. Laugh, cry, eat, drink, and dance! Celebrate love and the lifetime of memories to come for the happy couple. Oh, and don’t wear white ;)
Can I bring my kids?
Yes, there will be a table with activities for kids at the reception.
What’s the parking situation?
There is an upper and lower parking lot at the venue, with free overflow parking on the street.
Can I bring a plus one?
While we’d love to say the more the merrier, our venue can only fit so many people. Unless your invitation says otherwise, there are no plus ones.
