Why Florence?

As many of you know Oleg and I met at Merrimack College in North Andover Massachusetts as sophomores. From here only six months later we join a study abroad program in Florence, Italy. We traveled on the weekends and explored our favorite city of Florence during the week. The five months we spent in Florence we fell in love with the culture, food, people, architecture and of course the beautiful country side. Here we grew, matured, and evolved from being two college students to two people exploring Europe together slowing learning about ourselves independently and together. After traveling for 5 months we returned to Merrimack College and graduation in 2018. Once we finally thought school was over we ultimately decided to continue schooling in order to get a Masters degree, so naturally we decided to travel once again, but this time to Glasgow Scotland! We met incredible people, learned a lot, and experienced a country completely different then Italy and the US.

As we were planning our wedding we didn't know exactly what we wanted to do, but the thought of traveling back to out favorite city seemed full circle. With much planning and a lot of collaboration it is finally happening this August!
