In 2018, Paige and Micah met in PA school in Roanoke, Virginia. Micah took note of Paige early on, and used their love of college football to strike a conversation (and talk a little crap). From that point on, they found themselves gravitating towards each other whenever there were gatherings for school. Their genuine friendship turned into true love right before their eyes. Though the pressure of clinical rotations, the COVID pandemic, and finding jobs after school not only proved to be a challenge individually, but as a couple, their persistence and love for each other prevailed. They did not let Michigan's dominant record over Penn State football divide them. Paige and Micah started their careers together in Virginia Beach, Virginia after three years of dating. They’ve made time to travel, spend time with family and friends, and discover a new-found love (and need) for bloody Mary drinks while adjusting to their new lives together. Micah surprised Paige in July 2023 with an intimate proposal with immediate friends and family in Pittsburgh. It’s easy to say that their values of family, honesty, and loyalty have kept them together and have helped them grow in their love for each other.
