Can I bring a plus one?
If you are allotted a plus one, it will be indicated on your wedding invitation. Please adhere to this as our event venue only has a certain capacity, and we have invited the maximum number of guests.

Are kids allowed?
While we love your little ones, we respectfully ask that our wedding be an adults-only event besides the children in the wedding party. We appreciate you making childcare arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us!

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?
If you know the Hamilton family, then you know the answer is YES! We will have hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour as well several food stations at the reception. Please come hungry!

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?
Yes, we have taken all of these into account! There will be plenty to eat for everyone, we promise!

Where should guests park? Is parking free?
Parking is free! There will be a parking attendant to direct you once you arrive. Please only park in the designated parking area to avoid any fees for the Bride and Groom.

Do Ubers/Lyft pick up at the venue?
Since the venue is not downtown, Ubers and Lyft's may be harder to come by, especially if all guests are ordering them around the same time. We recommend scheduling your Uber/Lyft in advance or car pooling to the venue with a dedicated driver. The venue has plenty of parking. Unfortunately, the bride and groom will not be providing transportation to and from the hotel. Also, please note the venue does not permit unknown guests (including Uber's or Lyft) after a certain time so you would need to plan to meet your driver at the main gate entrance.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
We recommend you arrive 30min-45 minutes prior to the ceremonies start time. The event venue will close the main gate 10 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to avoid disrupting the ceremony. So, please do not be late; We don't want you to miss the ceremony!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be outdoors on the Lakeside Lawn. There will be a short cocktail hour outside by the pool and on the terrace of Lakeview Event Center. The reception will follow inside of the Lakeview Event Center just a few steps from the lawn.
