Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the same venue - Shamrock Ranch 12300 Shoemaker Rd, Excelsior Springs, MO 64024. Please note that the venue is out in the country, the last 2 miles are gravel road. Due to the location, there will not be any ride share services, so please plan transportation accordingly.

Yes! Our ceremony will be held outdoors with a cocktail hour to follow! We ask that you dress accordingly. This will be followed by an indoor reception. *In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony may be moved indoors.

Because the ceremony begins promptly at 4:30 PM, we recommend you aim to arrive 20-30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony to allow time to park and take your seat. Any guests who arrives late will be asked to wait until the ceremony has begun to join.

Yes! Parking is available at the back of the venue for all our guest. If you need assistance to get from the parking to ceremony site, there will be attendants to help!

We would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us! We are requesting a cocktail attire dress code for the evening. Feel free to wear whatever color you would like! Please no white (for women), jeans, or denim (: Reminder: ceremony will be held outdoors so please dress accordingly!

Yes! The drinks are on us! We ask that guests please drink responsibly and have a designated driver (: We can't wait to party with you!

Due to limited space at our venue, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited on the invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation and listed on the RSVP.

We love your little ones, however, due to the limited space at our venue we have decided to keep our wedding adults only with the exception of the flower girl. We encourage you to use this as a date night to get out and have some fun!

We want everyone to be present in the moment. Because of this, we will have a fully unplugged ceremony. Once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and on silent. However, feel free to take all the photos and videos you would like during the cocktail hour and reception!

Of course! However, we do ask that you do not post pictures of the bride and groom until they have posted and made their announcement on social media.
