We ask that you RSVP by April 1st of 2025. If you do not RSVP by then we will assume you will not be attending and will not be part of our guest count. We would love to have you celebrate with us so please make sure to RSVP!
What is the dress code?
We’d love for our family and friends to get dressed up for our big day! Dress code is semi-formal and or cocktail attire. No jeans please!
Can I bring a plus one?
If your guest’s name is listed on your invitation, then yes! Otherwise, we would like to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close family and friends!
Where will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and the reception take place?
All events will take place at Boulder Flatts! It is right off Highway 30 in Grand Island. The ceremony will take place in Boulder Flatts’ Courtyard weather permitting-alcohol can be taken outside into the courtyard, yay! Cocktail hour will follow inside with the reception to follow!
Is there a shuttle?
The venue graciously provides two shuttle buses at the end of the night to the hotel of our choosing. First shuttle leaves at 11. Second shuttle leaves at 12am.
The shuttles will be going to the area of Candlewood Suites, Holiday Inn, and Fairfield Inn -there are several hotels within walking distance from this area. We recommend car pooling to the venue that way you can enjoy our night with us and arrive safely back at your hotel! If you choose to drive, the venue has a large parking lot!
Will there be an open bar?
Unfortunately, with the party people we have, it would be quite the hefty bill for us, it will be a CASH bar.
Beers are $5 and mixed drinks are $6.
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM CT on the dot. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony starts to make sure you do not miss anything and allow us to begin on time. The doors (and bar) will open an hour before the start of the ceremony.
Is there any colors I should avoid wearing?
Our wedding colors are burnt orange and navy. The bridesmaids will be in burnt orange, so it would be appreciated if this color was avoided.
This goes without saying- please do NOT wear white, you will be asked to leave and or to go change.
