August in Bozeman is one of the most beautiful times of the year! Historically, the weather is warm and sunny, with daytime highs typically in the mid-70s to low 80s°F and cooler evenings in the 50s°F, perfect for celebrating under the Montana sky. That being said, Mother Nature can be unpredictable in the mountains, so we recommend bringing a light layer for later in the evening. Our wedding will be semi-formal. We’d love for everyone to feel comfortable, confident, and ready to celebrate with us! For the ladies: Cocktail or midi-length dresses or flowy jumpsuits are perfect. Heels, wedges, or dressy flats all work great. (P.S. The bridesmaids will be wearing black, but guests are absolutely welcome to wear black too!) For the gentlemen: Dress slacks with a button-up shirt, tie optional, or a suit or sport coat if you’d like to dress it up a bit more.

The ceremony begins at 4:00 pm. We recommend you aim to arrive by 3:30 pm to ensure you are able to comfortably arrive on time.

Big Sky Shuttle will be providing transportation to and from the venue. There will be two shuttles picking up guests from: • Home2 Suites by Hilton Bozeman Four Corners: 110 Homestake Dr, Bozeman, MY 59718 • Best Western Plus GranTree Inn: 1325 N 7th Ave, Bozeman, MT 59715 Pickup to bring guests to the ceremony will be at 3:00 PM. Even if you are not staying at one of these hotels, you are welcome to go to either pickup location to use the shuttle service. Shuttles will run approximately every hour throughout the reception, with the final departure from the venue at 11:30 PM. We highly encourage guests to take advantage of the shuttle for convenience and safety. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are available in Bozeman, but they can be unpredictable, especially for getting to the ceremony on time.

We’ve secured a room block at Home2Suites by Hilton Bozeman Four Corners. These rooms include full kitchens, which is perfect for guests traveling in from out of state or planning a longer stay.
