Q + A

You have questions, we have answers!

Where will the wedding be held?

All events during the wedding weekend will be held at the Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach Golf and Spa Resort. We have a room block for all wedding guests! Please see the travel and accomodation tab for reservation information.

When should I book the room reservations?

In order to receive the wedding group discounted rates, please reserve your room via the group reservation link by March 31, 2025! We recommend booking as soon as your timeline allows it. The resort requires a minimum 3-night stay, so we recommend reserving your rooms for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night.

What reservation link should we use in order to receive the group discounted rates?

Please refer to the travel section to be directed to our custom room reservation link. The resort is all-inclusive, and our reservation link will automatically apply the discounted all-inclusive rates for our wedding guests and wedding party.

Do I have to stay at the resort?

Yes, the hotel requires that all guests must stay at the resort to participate in any wedding events. If you are unable to stay at the resort for any reason, please notify Paige or James immediately. Guests not staying at the resort will be allowed on the property for the hours or the specific wedding events and will require a paid pass organized by the hotel.

When can we expect to receive our formal invites?

You can expect to receive your formal invitation and RSVP request by the end of February. All RSVP's will need to be submitted online through our (this) wedding website, under the RSVP tab, as well as your reservations at Pueblo Bonito Sunset will need to be made by March 31, 2025. After this date the resort can not guarantee they will have rooms available.

Can I bring a date?

We will only be able to accomodate guests listed on your formal invitation. We appreciate your understanding!

Wine tasting classes, tequila tastings and an array of activities, including water aerobics, dance lessons, and yoga, that are also included. However, if you would like to schedule/book additional services such as Spa Treatments, Golf, etc., there are additional fees for those services/activities.

Can i stay longer at the resort and still get the discounted rate?

YES! Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach Resort is offering our wedding guests the discounted rate from June 14, 2025 through June 27, 2025. So come early or stay after and experience all that Cabo has to offer while you're here!

How do I know if the rate I'm seeing is the wedding discounted rate?

If you book through the link on our wedding site, you will automatically be directed to Room/Suite options at our discounted rate. You can be certain you are receiving the discounted rate as you will also see 'QUINN25 WED ALL JUN21' while making your reservation. The discounted rate you should see is $469 (per day based on 2 people, and this includes all taxes, fees & tips). There are other room/suite options available that you can choose if you prefer a larger room, and/or want additional people in your room. The discounted rate will adjust accordingly. We were just showing you the basic rate for 2 people for reference. (the regular rate without our discount for this same room starts at $650 and is Non-Refundable and is not the All-Inclusive rate... so make sure you click on the correct rate!)
