Brides name - Paige Lynn Raffa. Paige is from Lansdowne Pennsylvania. She has one older sister & one little brother. Paige grew up in Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania where she attended at Pottsgrove School District. Paige graduated from Pottsgrove High School in 2014. In high school, Paige was taking cosmetology. She ventured out beyond cosmetology and found a passion in the medical field. She also enjoys family time & celebrations with all the people she loves. Paige loves crafting and making things all the time. Using her Cricut is her FAVORITE lol. In 2023 she decided to make the move from PA to the sunshine state FL.

Grooms name - Michael Gregory Applegate. Michael is from Toms River, New Jersey. During his childhood years Michaels parents decided to move to Pottstown, Pennsylvania. Michael has 1 younger brother. He attended at Pottstown school district where he graduated from Pottstown Senior High. Michael was in band most of his school years. He was also very active in sports. In Middle and High School, he did Cross Country, Wrestling and Track and Field. When school was out and during the summer Michael enjoyed BMXing. His favorite place though was and still is to be at the beach. Michael was not able to get away from the water no matter how far away he was from it. Fishing became part of his lifestyle and is to him, "THE ABSOLUTE GREATEST SPORT". years after High School Michael moved to Virginia Beach and eventually moved back to Pennsylvania.

Just a short time after being here Michael would meet the one that he'd be willing to settle down for, for the rest of his life.

Our Love Story

The first time that Michael and Paige ever met was when Michael was at a mutual friend's house drinking and having a good time. During the hours of the night Paige would be driving over to meet her friend and see her for a little bit. As Paige walked into the backyard, she sees her friend and then hears some random drunk guy (Michael) hey you want a beer. As he is in a tree chugging one. At this point Shes like uhm who is that weirdo and I got to get out of here as fast as I can lol. After that night things would eventually change for the both of them. As the days turned into weeks and the weeks turned into months there was no communication between them. Just absolute strangers. One night Michael sends Paige an invitation over Facebook to come out to a bonfire with me and our mutual friend Brina along with a bunch of other people. Michael was also at the bar drinking with his friends when the invitation got sent out. Paige shows up to the bonfire where the two of them would engage in conversation and enjoy the night talking, hanging out and enjoying each other's company. After that night Michael and Paige started talking pretty heavily and Michael kept trying to get her to go out, but Paige was playing hard to get. That didn't stop him from trying. The two of them talked for months even though Paige's friends kept asking when are you going to ask her out... Michael decided to take his good ol sweet time. Only about 4 months of talking till he finally asked her to be his girlfriend, where she would say word for word it's about time. Took you long enough...

Michael and Paige started dating March 5, 2017. At this point fate would take control and had a much bigger plan then just dating.

There was a spark that was extremely prominent and the two of them fell for each other relatively fast. Within their first year of being with each other the two of them moved in together. Over the course of the next 7 years Paige and Michael would be stuck in a relationship. Since we kind of got the jist that Michael enjoys taking his sweet sweet time with things. In those 7 years they enjoyed spending time truly connecting with each other and pushing the other to be a better and stronger person. They valued the true meaning of love and no matter what obstacles were thrown at them, they would find their way to push through them. Nothing was and is stopping these two. From trips to the shore, walks in the woods, going to new cities and exploring, countless food dates, celebrations and so much more. These two souls grew into each other and fell deeply in love with each other, so much as Michael would finally propose to Paige on December 26, 2023. The time that Paige has been dreaming of her whole life has finally come true. It only took 7 years to get this far.

Proposal

The day finally came that Paige always dreamt about since she was a little girl. It was the most perfect night for a perfect proposal. Michael had planned for them & their families to go to Longwood gardens. Now if anyone knows Paige knows she loves Christmas lights & anything Christmas related. Before heading to Longwood Gardens, they all had an amazing dinner. After dinner they headed over to the where all the excitement was about to happen. When they first got there Paige noticed some of them were acting somewhat weird but didn't think anything of it. Everyone enjoyed all the lights and different setups they had. Even though it was cold it was the most absolute beautiful thing. There was an indoor area with all different Christmas trees & little did Paige know it was about to happen. Everyone was telling Paige & Michael to get together by the water for a picture. As the picture was being taken Michael grabbed Paige's hand and SHE KNEW THEN!!!!! Michael was so nervous, literally shaking. Paige had never seen him this nervous, but it was the cutest most heartfelt feeling ever. Michael said the most beautiful things to Paige and got down on one knee. Michael said, “Will you marry me?” & Paige of course said yes!!!! She threw her hands up in the air with the biggest smile on her face and said FINALLY!!! Paige knew from day one this was the man she would marry. Michael is her best friend through every up and every down. They both left that night feeling on cloud nine. The following day Paige didn't miss a beat & started the wedding planning. This was now the start to Mr. & Mrs. Applegate.
