Paige and Grant met through mutual friends in February 2019 on a casual Sunday Funday at Truckyard in Dallas. They were both invited out by friends and just so happened to meet one another that day (little did they know). They spent the whole day together talking, getting to know one another, and hanging out with friends. Paige didn't think Grant and her were going to be anything more than friends, so they parted ways after leaving the bar that night. Come to find out, Grant had asked Paige's friend for her number and he called her phone to save her number that night. He "attempted" to hang up quickly, but his touchscreen wasn't working and Paige answered the call. She was driving back to her apartment that night with her roommate, and the call interrupted her music playing. Paige thought, how strange that he didn't just ask me for my number! And she was a little indifferent about it, but was in her last year of pharmacy school so she was focused on graduating and not being in a relationship.

Well, Grant was persistent and made the effort to talk and see Paige and she just could not resist his East Texas charm. They went on their first date at Blue Fish in Dallas a couple weeks later and it's been history ever since! Paige is glad that Grant accidentally called her and sparked their love story!

Moral of the story: Go out when your friends invite you to Sunday Funday, you never know what could happen!
