How do I RSVP? When do I need to RSVP by?
You can RSVP here on the theknot.com! Visit the "RSVP" tab, type in your name or your guests name, and answer a few quick questions. We ask you please RSVP by Saturday, June 8th. Thank you so much!
Where is the ceremony and what time should I arrive?
The ceremony is at St. Julie Billiart Catholic Church in Hamilton, OH and will begin promptly at 1:00pm EST. We ask to please arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow for time to park and get seated.
Where is the reception and what time should I arrive?
The reception is at Hanover Reserve in Hamilton. You are welcome to head to the venue at 4pm for cocktail hour with the reception and dinner to follow.
What can I do between the ceremony and cocktail hour?
We appreciate your understanding of the gap of time between our ceremony and cocktail hour! Feel free to check into your hotel during this time or check out the "Things to Do" page on our website for restaurants, bars, and activities to occupy you between events.
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Both the ceremony and reception will both be held indoors. You are welcome to enjoy the covered patio area, bridge overlooking the pond, and fire pit out back at Hanover!
What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
Attire for the wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Dress whatever you are comfortable in! The weather may be hot so dress accordingly.
Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?
Visit the "travel" tab for more information on accommodations.
Other recommendations include the Marriott Cincinnati North; Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Cincinnati North/West Chester; and SpringHill Suites Cincinnati North/Forest Park.
Can I bring a guest?
If your guest name is listed on your invite when you RSVP, then yes! Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family.
Are kids welcome?
Unless your children are listed on your invite and when you RSVP to the event, this is an adults-only event. We love your little ones! However, to allow all of our guests, including parents, the chance to have an evening of relaxation, we request that the ceremony and reception be for adults only. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us.
Where should guests park?
For the ceremony you can park in the lot at the corner of Dayton St and N Second St (right beside the church); on the street; lot off Buckeye street behind the church; lot directly across from the church on Dayton St; or the lot off N. Second and Magnolia St. For the reception there is a large parking lot at Hanover Reserve.
Can I leave my vehicle overnight at Hanover?
Guests are welcome to leave vehicles in the parking lot overnight if need be. All vehicles are left at the sole risk of the person leaving the vehicle. Any vehicles left overnight must be removed by 10am the day after!
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
We ask guests to be completely present during our special time! Our hired professionals will be taking care of the photo and video at this time. Feel free to take all the photos you like after we say "I Do!" and share them with the bride and groom using the QR code!
Where are you registered?
Your presence at our wedding is present enough! However, for friends and family who have expressed an interest, we’ve created online registries with Amazon, Crate and Barrel, Target, and a honeymoon fund through the Knot. These can be found under the "registry" tab.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! Please party accordingly and have a way to get home safely :)
