The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 p.m. and guests will not be permitted to enter once the ceremony has begun. The venue does not allow guests to arrive earlier than 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time.

There is a large parking lot on your right as soon as you pull into the venue. There will be a shuttle service to take you to the building entrance from the parking lot, if needed. You may also drop off passengers at the building entrance before parking in the lot.

Semi-formal attire. However, we ask that our guests please reserve white for the bride and sage green for the wedding party.

The ceremony will be taking place outdoors on the covered patio. The cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors with access to the outdoor patio and lawn space.

While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony (no phones or cameras). Our professional photographer and videographer team will capture everything, and we'll share the photos with you afterwards. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a distraction-free environment for our ceremony.

The bar service and DJ entertainment will end at 10 p.m. and all guests must leave the venue by 11 p.m.

We will be providing transportation to the Hampton Inn East Aurora (located in the Village of East Aurora) from approximately 10 p.m. to 11 p.m. You may use the shuttle bus if you are a guest of the hotel, or if you would like transportation into the Village of East Aurora - you will be within walking distance of local bars (where you will find the bride and groom after the reception - join us!). We have been advised that finding an Uber may be difficult due to the location of the venue. However, you can use the shuttle transportation to get you into the Village of East Aurora, where you should not have difficulty getting an Uber to take you home.

If you drove to the venue but then choose to use the shuttle or Uber at the end of the night, you may leave your car in the venue parking lot overnight. However, you must pick up your vehicle no later than 11:00 a.m. the next day. Be sure to lock your vehicle before leaving it overnight!

While we adore children, we have decided to make our wedding day an adults-only event to allow everyone to relax and enjoy the celebration. We hope you understand our decision and can arrange childcare for the evening. If you have any concerns or special circumstances, please contact us directly.
