Our story began freshman year at Houck House at The Ohio State University. Paige lived one floor above Ben in the dorms, and while their paths didn’t cross immediately, it didn’t take long for fate to intervene. One night in the study room, Paige gave Ben a death stare for talking a little too loudly with Madison. That moment kicked off their friendship, and soon Ben and his friend group became some of Paige’s closest friends.

By sophomore year, their friendship had grown stronger. Paige, looking for a fun date to Alpha Phi’s semi-formal, decided to invite Ben—as a friend. However, Ben missed the memo and tried to give her a kiss on the bus ride back from the bar. While Paige may not have been sold on the idea at first, Ben was persistent and invited her to his date party a couple weeks later. Paige happily said yes, and the rest is history.

From late nights studying in Thompson and even later nights in the Short North, to navigating life together in NYC, Paige and Ben have been each other’s constant. Their journey has been full of laughter, travel, good food & drinks, and plenty of memories—and now, they can’t wait to start this next chapter as husband and wife.
