We invite you to come early to grab a drink and a seat! There will be hosted drinks and cash options available. Please be courteous and do not sneak in your own alcohol.

Yes! We'll be hosting a single player, single elimination ping pong tournament. $10 minimum buy-in, winner splits the pot with Paige & David. You must RSVP in advance to participate in the tournament so we can ensure a smooth schedule is followed.

Transportation from the reception to the hotel will be provided. The first shuttle trip will leave The Haralson Room at 9 pm and go to The Delta Hotels by Marriott Northeast. It will depart from the hotel back to the venue at 9:30, and will continue that schedule departing either the venue or hotel on the half hour. The shuttle service's final trip from the venue to the hotel will be at midnight, following last call. There are also Uber, Lyft, taxis, and many other ride services available in the twin cities metro.

There is a free parking lot specifically for the event location at the Minneapolis Cider Co. Be sure to go in the back for parking designated for The Haralson Room event space, not just the "regular" parking in the front. It's not technically overnight parking so you could get a ticket, however we've been told they've never seen tickets for overnight cars on a weekend! There is also free, overnight street parking also available near the event space.
