It was early 2023, just after the holiday season. Paige and Andrew were just two people living their separate lives. Paige had recently moved to Waterford, MI with her older sister hoping for a new start to her life after college. Andrew was in the fire academy for the City of Detroit. Both happened to be active on Bumble, an online dating app. Neither one ever thought that they would find their forever online, but fate would say otherwise! Andrew saw Paige and Paige saw Andrew, and the rest is history!

Love at first...swipe?

February 28, 2023: Andrew and Paige had been talking for about a month at this point. After daily phone calls, constant messaging, and video calls, Andrew asked Paige on an official date! The two lovebirds went to lunch at Mexico Lindo in Waterford, where Paige was living at the time. This was the beginning of their forever.

First date!

April 1, 2023: Paige and Andrew had been happily dating for just over a month! Andrew brought Paige to meet his friends at a party. Paige watched Andrew interact with some of the closest people in his life and fell in love with him more and more. So much so, that she told him she loved him that night! Of course, Andrew said it back. She still teases him that she said it first.

The L Word

November 2023: Andrew bought his first house! Andrew moved into his condo in November, and while Paige didn't "officially" move in till July of 2024, she spent nearly every weekend with Andrew helping him make his new house a home! During this time, Paige also got her first dog, Milo! This happy little family was embarking on a new chapter of life!

A New Home, and A New Chapter

February 28, 2024: Andrew and Paige have been together for a year! By this point, the couple had met each other's families, Andrew completed the fire academy for the City of Detroit, Paige had started a new job, and so much more! To celebrate their anniversary, Andrew took Paige to Sapori, an Italian restaurant that Andrew worked at when he was younger. These two lovebirds knew that they had something special.

One Year Down, Forever To Go

February 28, 2025: After two years of love, memories, and new experiences, Paige and Andrew remained more in love than ever! The two had been through the normal ups and downs of life, and through it all, Andrew and Paige were there for each other. Andrew had been working so hard as a firefighter/EMT for the City of Detroit. Paige started working as a Foster Care Worker. The couple continued working on making their home their own. Paige and Andrew knew, without a doubt, that they were in this to the bitter end. This was the forever they both prayed for.

2 years, 1 dog, and countless memories

August 22, 2025: It was a normal, sunny summer day. Paige and Andrew recently got a new dog, Athena. Under the guise of introducing Athena to Andrews older sisters dog, Kodak, Andrew took Paige to the park down the road. The couple walked through the park, and Paige was still clueless to the surprise waiting for her. As the couple made their way to the end of the pier, Paige remaining clueless, Andrew tried to discretely get into position to pop the big question. Paige was so shocked when she turned around to see Andrew on one knee! Obviously, she said yes! The day was a blur after that, with lots of Facetiming and sending pictures of the ring (which Andrew did a fantastic job picking out).

She Said Yes! 

That brings us to today! Each day that passes, Andrew and Paige remain dedicated to each other. Andrew continues to work hard every day to make a life that he’s proud of. Paige remains a foster care worker. Through every birthday, holiday, anniversary, and life event, theres nothing these two love more than being together. Every high and low, every busy weekend and lazy afternoon, Andrew and Paige couldn’t imagine going through this life without each other. This little family remains closer than ever! We can’t wait to celebrate our big day with everyone we hold dear.
