Q: What time does the shuttle leave from the Crowne Plaza?

A: The shuttle arrives at the hotel at 4:20pm and departs for the venue at 4:35pm. There is only one shuttle ride, so please be out front of the hotel on time. If you have any questions, please ask the front desk. Since hotel check-in starts at 3pm, timing should suffice. If you need an earlier check-in, please call the hotel in the morning day of.

Q: What time does the after party start?

A: The party starts at 11pm in the hotel, at the "Renaissance/Boulevard" room. There will be food to eat, as well as a cash bar. There will be music, games, and even a video game tournament that James is hosting! It's more of a lighthearted, relaxed affair, and we hope to see you there to connect with after our big celebration. Look out for us or ask the front desk where to go!

Q: What is breakfast going to be like?

A: When you check-in the hotel, you will be given vouchers for breakfast the next day. Present those downstairs in the lobby/restaurant area during breakfast hours (6am-10am) Saturday morning. It's a casual affair, we will be there for most of the time, greeting and chatting with everyone! Hopefully we can move around tables (now referred to as "breakfast Pamgaea" by Evan) so we can try to sit with as many of you as possible since it's not a private room type of deal!

Q: Are kids welcome?

A: While we do love your kids and enjoy their company, we are hosting a child free wedding! We hope you understand and take the opportunity to enjoy an evening to let loose!

Q: What is the dress code?

A: Cocktail attire. A balance between elegant and comfortable! We ask you to wear fun, bright colors if you can!

Women - Dress ( knee, tea length, etc.) or formal pantsuit

Men - Dress shirt/slacks, suit and tie

April 26th can have varied weather, and the ceremony will take place outside, weather permitting. Bring a light sweater or jacket if it looks to be around the 50s or less that day. Cocktail hour and reception will be indoors.

Q: Can I bring a date?

A: If "and guest" wasn't included on your invite, please do not bring a guest. If you are no longer with the person named on your invite, please reach out to Pamela @ pamelajameswedding@gmail.com to discuss. We did not hand out plus ones to all guests due to venue restrictions, but if you need/would like one or it is no longer necessary, please let Pamela know immediately. We will do our best to figure out if this is possible. We make no guarantees and reserve the right to say no to additional guests.

Q: What is accessibility like?

A: The whole venue and reception area is wheelchair accessible.

Q: Bar situation at reception?

A: Open bar! Please drink responsibly, and use an Uber/Lyft/taxi if you want. It is available in the area. We recommend that you reserve one ahead of time. We will have a hotel block, and they can shuttle you to and from the venue.
