What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
We recommend you arrive 15 minutes or so before the official ceremony start time so you can get settled before the proceedings.
What is the dress code?
Semiformal attire; this is dressier than what you'd wear to an office but not as dressy as a formal evening gown or tuxedo.
Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?
If the weather is on our side, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside. The reception will be held in a heated tent. If it rains, all activities will be held within the heated tent.
What will your wedding-day timeline look like?
It is expected that the ceremony will take about 30 minutes. Following the ceremony, will be cocktail hour. Cocktail hour will take place from about 3:45-4:45. After cocktail hour, all guests will be escorted from outside to inside the tent to join in the reception festivities. All events will be taking place at the same location.
Will transportation be provided?
Transportation will not be provided for our wedding but we do have plenty of Uber drivers around our area. We recommend our guests arrange for someone to pick them up or have a designated driver for the night.
Is there parking available at the wedding venue?
Yes, there is plenty of parking!
Can I bring my kids?
At our wedding, we want everyone to enjoy a night out with friends and family without the stress of any children. That way there is no worry when you are throwing them back and having some fun on the dance floor. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?
When invites are sent out there will be cards that ask you this, on that card you can share any restrictions or allergies so we can adequately accommodate you. If you are unable to do this for some reason, please message us directly as soon as possible.
Will there be an open bar?
To be determined.
Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?
No. We are having an unplugged ceremony, which means no phones or cameras are out during this time. The photos are very important to us and we want to ensure our photographer gets the best images possible.
Have you booked hotel room blocks for guests?
We are not planning on booking any hotel room blocks for guests but there are plenty of hotels around this area if you need to stay at one. Please feel free to ask us for any recommendations!
