In Loving Memory

The Loved Ones We Miss

As we come together to celebrate, we can't help but feel the absence of some beloved family members who can't be with us today. So, we want to take a moment to acknowledge those special individuals and celebrate the memories we shared with them. It's tough knowing they're not here to witness this day firsthand, but they'll always be a part of our family, tucked away in our hearts. Here's to the ones we love, the ones we miss, and the ones who'll forever be a part of our story. We will ALWAYS love you 🥰

Daniel Rayshawn Johnson

The older brother of Pamela, Daniel passed away on May 28, 2004. Daniel was Pamela's protector and after school would always ask "did anyone mess with you today?" Daniel was not afraid to confront bullies messing with his little sister. Daniel loved playing video games and football. Whenever Pamela was on his football team, Daniel would map out "plays" on his hand directing her where to go to catch the ball. Daniel was extremely special and sweet, we will miss his sweet presence on this day.

Grandma Annette Hudson

Annette Hudson was Pamela's paternal grandmother. An amazingly kind and adoring Grandmother who was always warm and welcoming. She will be missed on this day.

Grandma Lily Mae Sisson

Lily Mae was Pamela's maternal grandmother. Grandma Lily lived up the street from Greater Bible Way Temple in Jackson, MI. After Sunday services, Pamela and her brothers would often walk to Grandma's house for Sunday dinner. Grandma always made the best cookies and would often have them in a container in the dining room. Grandma's laugh was infectious and she was full of jokes. We will miss her dearly on this day.

Mother Hallie Easley

Oh my dear, sweet Mother Easley! She wasn't blood related to Pamela, but Mother Easley could have easily been Pamela's bonus Grandmother. Pamela adored Mother Easley, who nicknamed her "doll baby". After each service at church, Pamela and Mother Easely would embrace, share highlights of their day and just love on each other. it hurts that Mother Easley will not be able to attend this event, but we look forward to seeing her smiling face in glory!
