Our Wedding

Paola Lis and Alexander Zetts met 12 years ago in 2013. It all began on a Friday night, March 1st, 2013, at the Roller Rink in Caln, PA. Paola, 13 and Alexander, 15, not knowing that this night would change everything. Paola & Alexander Through the years, we’ve grown together in ways we never expected. We’ve faced challenges, celebrated milestones, and supported each other through every twist and turn life threw our way. But no matter what came our way, one thing remained constant: our love for each other. After 12 years, we know now more than ever that we’re not just a couple—we’re a team, ready to face whatever the future holds. Every moment we’ve shared has only brought us closer, and with each passing day, we realize how lucky we are to have found one another so early in life. Together, we’ve created a love that’s deep, unwavering, and full of promise for the years ahead. As the years went by, we found even more joy in the little things—like the day we brought Luna Boo into our lives. From the very moment she entered our world, she became our everything. At just two years old, she’s the light that fills our hearts with laughter and love. We love taking her on adventures, from lazy afternoons at the park to weekend trips, she’s always by our side, no matter where we go. Shes more than just our pet—she’s our daughter, our constant companion, and the sweetest little reminder of how full our lives have become. Luna has brought so much happiness into our home, filled our hearts with so much love, and she’s a big part of the family we’re building together. Our proposal was nothing short of magical. On December 20, 2022, we set off for an evening of ice skating in Philadelphia, followed by a cozy dinner. But what I didn’t know was that the real surprise was waiting for me in Rittenhouse Square. As we strolled through the square, we stopped to admire the grand Christmas tree, its lights twinkling in the chilly night air. While gazing at the ornaments, something caught my eye—little photos of us, hanging all over the tree. I turned around, completely in awe, only to find Alexander on one knee, holding the most beautiful ring. To my surprise, his friends—now his groomsmen—were hiding nearby, secretly recording the entire moment. Overcome with emotion, I could barely contain myself—I screamed and said yes before he could even ask! It was the most perfect moment, surrounded by love, holiday magic, and the person I want to spend forever with. To our families: We want to thank you for being there for us through every step of our journey. You’ve shown us the true meaning of love and support, and we’re so grateful to have each of you in our lives. We cherish the time we get to spend with all of you, and we look forward to making even more memories together as we continue this next chapter.
