Our Wedding

Our journey began in high school, where fate brought us together one fateful night at a drive-in, thanks to the intervention of some well-meaning friends. From that moment on, we were inseparable. After our high school days, Joey took the leap to attend UNC Greeley while Parker was still finishing up as a senior. Despite the challenges of navigating a long-distance relationship, we found a way to bridge the gap and support each other through every twist and turn.The following year, Parker embarked on her own college adventure at Western State University in Gunnison, adding a five-hour distance to our relationship. It wasn't always easy, and there were times when our schedules felt like a puzzle we couldn't quite solve. However, breaking up was never an option for us; we believed in each other and knew that our love could endure any obstacle. Our commitment made us stronger, and with patience and resilience, we emerged from that chapter, ready for whatever came next.In 2021, we both graduated and moved back home to live with our parents, experiencing a unique first as a couple—spending quality time together without the constraints of distance. This new chapter was filled with growth and discovery. Parker began her career as a teacher, while Joey joined his family's business. Together, we adopted our beloved dog, Ozzie, who quickly became the center of our little universe. Soon after, we took another big step and moved into our very own apartment.Over the next two years, we cheered each other on through ups and downs, championing one another as we faced the inevitable challenges of life. Through every decision and obstacle, our bond grew deeper, paving the way for the future we dreamed of together.Then came that unforgettable day, October 19, 2024. After keeping a secret for nearly a year, Joey finally popped the question. It was a moment filled with love and promise, signifying the beginning of our next exciting chapter together.In January of this year, we accomplished another huge goal of ours- purchasing our very own house! As we stand here today, ready to embark on this beautiful journey as partners for life, we are grateful for the path that has led us here and excited for all the adventures still to come as Mr. &amp; Mrs. Milinazzo!

Cory Romero, the best man. First met Joey in a wrestling match against each other in 8th grade. Became teammates in high school and went on to be college roommates, joined a fraternity and studied abroad together. Cory actually introduced Parker and Joey to each other by a spontaneous "double date/third wheel " sort of arrangement. He likes Pina coladas and getting caught in the rain, Oh and he's also easy on the eyes, but sorry ladies he's taken!

Taylor, maid of honor and Parker’s older sister, has been her lifelong role model and superhero. She is always the voice of reason and Parker's go to person since she was a little girl. You can find Taylor still pop lock and dropping her way onto the dance floor. Also... Who needs a wedding planner when you have Taylor?
