The ceremony begins at 5pm in the Chalet. If you would like to valet your car, you may park at the entrance of the Grand Geneva hotel. Beginning at 4pm, there will be a trolley to take guests down to the Chalet. You are welcome to drive and park at the Chalet, just follow the signs to take you there. :) There will be light refreshments starting at 4:30pm for you to enjoy before the ceremony begins.

Cocktail hour will be held in the bar area just outside of the ceremony space. Guests may utilize this space as well as the two patios just off the bar entrance. Make sure to take photos and sign our "guest book" during cocktail hour. This will be located across from the fireplace in the cocktail hour bar space.

A plated dinner will be served around 7pm. Wine will be served with dinner.

The party continues at the Evolve Nightclub on 1st floor of the Grand Geneva hotel where there will be a bar, dancing, and a live DJ until 2am.
