Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Birchwood Meadows. Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors, offering a beautiful natural backdrop. The reception will follow indoors at the same venue. After-Party The celebration doesn’t end there! An after-party will be hosted on the same property immediately following the reception.

Dear Friends and Family, We kindly ask that this celebration be an adult-only event. As much as we love your little ones, we would like to ensure that our special day remains a relaxed and enjoyable experience for everyone. Thank you for your understanding, and we can't wait to celebrate with you!

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 PM. We kindly ask all guests to arrive around 3:15 PM to allow time to be seated and settled. Please note: Guests who arrive after 3:30 PM will be asked to wait until the cocktail hour begins before entering the venue, to avoid disruptions during the ceremony. Thank you for your understanding.

Following the ceremony, cocktail hour will begin at 4:00 PM, giving everyone a chance to mingle and enjoy light refreshments. The reception will begin at 5:00 PM, featuring dinner, dancing, and celebration. We look forward to sharing this special evening with you!
