Started dancing together at a friends wedding on 8/15.. Scott texted the groom at 1am on his wedding night for Parker's number.... Our first date was 8/21 at Bosco's in Midtown.

Our first Anniversary and first vacation together in Asheville, NC!

If you know us, then you know that we LOVE the Levitt Shell! Parker lived in the apartment building right next to the Park, so every weekend, the Shell was the move! This was the first night we actually planned our little live music date accompanied with chairs and Aldo's pizza (another cult Cott/Paka fav).

Scott's first Shackelford Family Beach trip! Parker's family has traveled to Rosemary Beach for Christmas for 6 years in a row...Subsequently, Scott and Parker both got Covid on the last day:/

Our nephew, and ring bearer, Joseph Scott Cofield was born on May 18, 2022! His favorite person is Uncle Cott <3 This has to be included in "Our Timeline" because Joe has really blessed our family with hundreds of core memories. It helps that he is the cutest and we talk about him daily.

Year 2 Anniversary celebrated at Huey's Midtown then did 18 holes at Galloway (classic). Then celebrated with a weekend getaway in Oxford! Parker and Scott met while she worked at Huey's Germantown in college! He was a friend of a friend and came in every once in awhile to hangout after hours.

The CoShack's move into High Point!! Fun fact- Parker has lived in high Point her whole life, and Scott's family has had a home in Hedgemoor his whole life! We'll tie the knot surrounded by 30+ years of memories!!!!!

We celebrated Scott's 30th birthday!!! Fun fact- Scott will be 31 and Parker will be 27 when they say "I Do" in September!

Year 3 Anniversary Trip to Ft.Lauderdale and Miami!

A trip to Gatlinburg with friends, and the weekend Parker SWORE to her mom that Scott was going to pop the question! Well, he did not haha, BUT, they went to the Salt and Pepper Shaker museum!! Fun fact-- Cott and Paka collect salt and pepper shakers so this was a euphoric experience (especially at 9am on the way to the grocery store morning of the super bowl).

The night Scott picked up the engagement ring... I already sort of knew what was going on... We had plans to head down to Oxford but I made Scott wait because I had 3 dresses coming in the mail that I wanted to wear if I was in fact right, that we were getting engaged this weekend. Yes, this is one of the dresses. I told Scott at dinner at City Grocery"to just do it and ask me". He said no and took this photo!

The next morning... Drinking our coffee and chitchatting on the porch of the Oxford lake house. Our favorite place, doing our favorite thing, just enjoying being together. Scott got down on one knee and Parker was a complete cry baby and said YES!

Nobody tells you when you get engaged that your phone will die 2x because of all the people you want to call or facetime. That was the most fun morning. My mom was driving when we called and hilariously got pulled over mid call, one of my brothers cried when we called him and that was our favorite reaction... can you guess which brother it was?

Scott had some of our closest friends drive down to Oxford that night and we danced the night away, ate SO MUCH pasta and had the best time! It was perfect. That weekend was perfect.

Today, we are still jammin' at the Shell and planning a pretty amazing wedding in Natalie's backyard! Fun fact-- Natalie and Glenn's reception was at this house, and Houston and Kristen's too! Sharing this home and these memories with them and with the rest of our guests is so special. Obviously, Parker is crying.. Are you?
