The best way to make any modifications to your reservation before the promocode deadline is by calling the Call Center. Confirm over the phone the promocode TJWJUN26FPM is still applied to your reservation.

At the moment, any modifications made online through the Manage Reservations tab on the resort website is automatically removing the promocode and discount rates at the time you confirm the modification.

This means:

(1) The system changes your reservation to a non-refundable reservation and it will charge you in full at the time of confirming the modification

(2) You will not be considered part of the wedding group or wedding events if your reservation changes to a non-refundable reservation

When calling the Call Center, it will have 3 different menu options.
