What dates should I plan on being in Austin?
We'll have programming Thursday, May 4th through Monday, May 8th, so please come to Austin for as long as you would like. We will have a welcome reception on Friday, May 5th. The Main Reception event is Saturday, May 6th, and we'll have a fun lake day planned on Sunday, May 7th, so we are guessing most folks will fly in Thursday or Friday and leave Sunday night or Monday night.
Are kids allowed to the Reception?
No. This is an adults-only event.
What clothes should I bring for the weekend?
Cocktail attire (suit and tie or dress), smart casual attire, pool or lake attire (bathing suits, sandals) and warm-weather clothes.
What is the weather like in Austin in May?
Texas weather in May is very warm and sunny with moderate rainfall and low humidity levels. High 86°F / Low 66°F
