Transportation will be provided from the Hartford Windsor Marriott to The RiverView and from The RiverView back to the Hartford Windsor Marriott

While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present and immersed in the experience. Our professional photographer will be capturing all the highlights, and we'll share the photos with you afterwards. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a distraction-free environment for our ceremony.

The QR code was meant to help guests easily RSVP. Unfortunately, the QR code website was misleading indicating it would be accessible, and then placed a charge once the invitations were sent! We are sorry for any confusion or inconvenience!

Yes of course the more the merrier! Just make sure you let the bride and Groom know as they need to give a head count to the Hotel!

There will be a rehearsal dinner for the wedding party. Guests coming the night before, regardless of your stay, are welcome to visit the hotel bar at the Hartford Windsor Marriott once the wedding party is back, we would love to see you!
