We highly recommend booking within our room block, as we’ve reserved a set of rooms specifically for our guests to ensure convenience and group perks. If you choose to stay elsewhere, please note that the resort requires a day pass for non-guests to attend the welcome party. The day pass is $125 per person, valid from 9:00am - 6pm. Availability of passes is limited and not guaranteed. Booking within the room block helps avoid extra fees and ensures you’re part of all the fun with us!

If you missed the booking deadline or would like to make monthly payments, don’t worry—there may still be options! Please contact our wedding group coordinator, Michel Madrid, at 888-472-7077 or email hola@holaweddings.com as soon as possible to check availability and request a monthly payment link. Please note: We initially blocked rates for 25 rooms. After September 1, 2025 we can no longer guarantee the original group rate, and room prices will be based on current availability.

If you prefer double beds instead of a king bed, please email hola@holaweddings.com at the time of booking to make the request. The travel team will do their best to accommodate your preference by coordinating with the resort, but room configurations are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

The bride and groom will be arriving on Friday, January 16, 2026. While a minimum stay of 3 nights is required, guests are welcome to stay longer if they’d like! Please note that all guests may have different arrival and departure dates, so feel free to choose the travel schedule that works best for you.

We haven’t booked our flights yet, as it’s still a bit early. Guests are welcome to explore options through flight search engines like Expedia, Orbitz, Cheapoair, or book directly with their preferred airlines using flight miles or rewards points. Feel free to choose the flights that best fit your schedule and budget!

Yes! Once everything is finalized, we’ll share an updated itinerary with all confirmed guests. This website will also be updated with the latest details. You can expect that information to be available by the end of November 2025.
