Public transportation is limited around Visalia, but you can take a train to the Fresno Amtrak station, about 30 minutes away. There is also an international airport in Fresno. If you are coming by vehicle, you can take the 198 E from the 99 and take exit 104 to Akers Street. From Akers Street, make a right on W. Firearms or weapons of any kind, concealed or not, permit or no permit are not allowed. Due to the rules of the venue and for the safety of all guests, please do not bring any type of firearm to the event. Anyone who is found to have a firearm or other weapon on them during the event will be escorted out immediately. Other items not allowed include glitter, silk flower petals, pets, outside alcohol, or drugs. The venue does not like them, and we will be fined. All-gender restrooms and family restrooms can be found in the Bella Vita building just across the parking lot from The Woodlands. It’s possible an event will be held in that building at the same time as our wedding. If you have any issue with access, please talk with Melissa Lopez, the wedding coordinator. We will be serving appetizers during cocktail hour. Food and drink will also be provided at the reception. For drinks, we will have alcoholic and non-alcoholic options available.
