The ceremony with be at the Queen of All Saints Basilica located at: 6280 N Sauganash Ave Chicago, IL 60646. The reception will be at The Brix on the Fox located at: 260 S Washington St. Carpentersville, IL 60110.

There are parking lots for both locations. (free parking)

The wedding will be indoors.

Cocktail Attire: It’s a balance between semi-formal and black-tie optional. Examples (if you need them)... Men: a suit and tie or sport jacket with a button up shirt and dress pants. Women: a tea-length, knee-length or midi dress. Dressy rompers/jumpsuits are in too. Or if you don't want to wear a dress, feel free to wear a dressy suit. We want our guest to look good and feel comfortable at the same time :) if you have any questions/concerns about Cocktail Attire...good ol' google is your friend. The Bridesmaids will be in a fuchsia color (just a heads up).

After the ceremony, the immediate family will be taking pictures with the bride and groom. As well as the bridal party and groomsmen. The travel time to the reception should take 45 mins to an hour depending on traffic. Any of the guest who booked a hotel room should have plenty of time to check-in and get their things settled on their way to the cocktail hour. There are some bars around the venue, if you get there before the cocktail hour starts...listed under "Bars near the reception" on our front page. Guests definitely have a little free time to do with it as they please.
