We wanted to supply a list of things to do in Downtown Memphis, near our venue! If you want to go outside Downtown Memphis, there are plenty of things to do as well, i.e. explore Elvis's home in Graceland, midtown bars and restaurants, the burbs. There is plenty to do so let us know if you want some more spots to see!
If you don't have a car, we ask that you use Uber or Lyft to get around downtown Memphis! Stay safe and have fun!
BB King's - Great BBQ and Blues music
Rum Boogie Cafe - Live music with bar food
Silky O'Sullivan's - A true favorite with a piano bar and live music
Tin Roof - A country bar and a club combined.... for the wild souls
The Peabody Hotel is one of the most historic hotels in the U.S and one of Madi's favorite spots in Memphis to take visitors. Go walk through the shops, get coffee, food or drinks, and most importantly, watch the ducks (everyday at 11 a.m. and 5 p.m.)!
The Riverfront is getting renovated and should be completed by spring 2023! A great place for a walk, run, bike ride and exploring!
For the tourists! Bass Pro used to be the Pyramid where the Grizzlies played.
The Birthplace of Rock'n'Roll. A great tour to see where legends recorded like BB King, Elvis, Jerry Lee Lewis, and Johnny Cash!
The tour is extremely moving to see the history of the Civil Rights Movement.
Madi's favorite BBQ spot! (My favorite is the BBQ pork nachos!)
The absolute best fried chicken.
Cute lil sliders of all varieties!
A boujee dinner spot. Make sure you make reservations! Need food or wine recommendations? Ask Kendra Williams!
A Madi and Pat favorite... all the beers (and big pretzels)!
Great brewery near The Kent and Mud Island!
Some of you may remember this spot as this is where Ally and Jack had their after party after their wedding. This is one of Madi's favorite spots, especially since it is right next to where she used to live!
Late night dance club with bright lights, smoke and loud music!
The Grindhouse where the Grizzlies play! (Hopefully) Catch a game during your stay!
The home of Memphis Redbirds and 901 FC. Another great spot to enjoy sports!
