How do I RSVP?
You can click the RSVP tab above and RSVP at anytime up until the deadline. The sooner the better.
What if I don't RSVP in time?
If you do not RSVP by August 15th (15/08/2024), you will be marked as "not attending". We would love celebrating with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's. (This will mean you are not allowed to show up to our special day. There will be no seating, food, or drink accommodations' for you).
What should I do if I cannot make it?
You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Decline" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Accept", but find that you will not make it, Please notify Grace as soon as you are aware.
What time should I arrive?
A time for the ceremony will be given on your formal invite and we ask that you arrive and be in your seat NO LATER THAN 15 minutes before the ceremony begins. You may also arrive earlier than this if you wish to do so, this will give you extra time for parking, signing the guest book and finding your seat. If you arrive after the ceremony has begun, you will not be able to be seated and you will have to wait for the cocktail hour to start to enter!
What is the dress code for the wedding.
We would love to see our family and friends dressed up for our big day! Dress code is semi formal/formal attire. Please no jeans, sneakers.
Is this a kid friendly wedding?
We love and adore your little ones, however, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults-only event with the exception of babies dependent on their parents. We encourage you to use this night as a fun date night or a night to just let loose and have fun. We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us.
Are there any colours I should avoid?
We kindly ask that you avoid colours traditionally reserved for the Bride: Whites, Ivories, Creams. A colour palette will be included in your formal invite. If you have misplaced your colour palette or did not receive one please message the Bride or Groom to attain one.
What does the drink arrangements look like?
We will have drinks available throughout the day but limited selections. If you have preferences for drinks, one thing we love about our venue is that you can bring your own drinks!
We ask that you be patient and respect the Bar Staff.
It is highly encouraged that you bring your own drinks as there will not be any available to purchase. Your drinks will be placed into a cool room with your name on it and throughout the night you can ask the bar staff for your drinks.
How will I get to the Wedding Venue? Will transport be provided?
You are more than welcome to drive to the venue as there will be parking available. There will also be a bus that will be picking up from a location in Nambucca Heads area location TBC.
Can I bring a plus one?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests. When you enter your name on the RSVP page, you will see any additional guests included in your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "Your Name & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you.
I have Dietary Restrictions/Allergies What's the best way to let you know?
We have chosen a range of options available for food throughout the evening which include vegetarian and gluten-free options. There will be a prompt on the RSVP page to let us know of any restrictions/requirements/allergies. If you have any concerns please contact Grace on 0455180952.
Please inform us of any allergens to ensure we can pass it onto our caterer.
How can I contribute to your Honeymoon Fund?
The greatest gift of all is your presence on our special day! However, should you wish to contribute to our Honeymoon, a Wedding card can be dropped in the card box at the reception.
Can I share pictures of your big day on social media?
We kindly ask that you do not share any photos on social media of the wedding until either Grace or Pat has had the chance to do so first.
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
We are having an "Unplugged" ceremony, no phones or cameras in use throughout the ceremony. The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony feel free to take as many photos/videos as you'd like!
Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?
Our ceremony will be held outdoors and reception will be in an indoor area located on the same site as the cermony.
