There will be a shuttle that will go from hotel to venue and then back to hotel after reception. Up to 14 people at one time. First pickup at hotel between 5p-5:15p Second pickup 5:45-6pm. Please be ready by 5pm so that not everyone waits for 2nd pickup. We realize that the second pick up is a bit late, depending on how fast church is finished will determine if pickup can be a bit earlier. Nick & I will try to send updates. Pick up from venue to hotel will be 10:30pm and 11pm. We understand if uber/driving is more convenient especially if you don't make it on the first pickup. Please let us know if you have questions! I would say be ready by 5pm at the hotel for pickup in case it comes as early as that. I know the second pickup is a bit late but hopefully we can get church pics done quick that way the shuttle will be free to pick up guests.

We kindly ask you to RSVP by Friday, April 11th 2025. If we do not receive your RSVP by the date specified, we cannot make any exceptions and will have to mark you as "no". We need to provide our venue and vendors with a total guest count in a timely manner. Thank you.

Our ceremony will be at Our Lady Queen of Peace Church 1402 Route 209, Gilbert, PA, 18331, United States at 3pm. Our reception will be at The Lodge at Mountain Springs Lake 1315 Mountain Springs Drive, Reeders, PA, 18352 at 5:30pm. If driving from NY/NJ please give yourself ample time as traffic is heavy Friday evenings.

Semi- Formal/Cocktail attire. Attire such as a cocktail-length dress or dressy separates for women and a suit or a dress shirt with a tie for men. Bridesmaid dress color is sage green.
