Complimentary hot breakfast served buffet style from 7am-10am, wireless internet, pool, fitness center and underground parking garage.

Cancellation policy: If anyone needs to cancel their reservation, they must do so by 6pm the day before arrival.

Check-in is at 4 pm, but if guests need an early check-in, we strongly suggest they book both Friday and Saturday night. Early check-in on the day of the event is NOT guaranteed!

Guests are also able to check in any time on Friday after 4pm as long as they have a credit card on file (which is required to hold a hotel room).

Check out is 11 am. If a guest happens to be an IHG rewards member, they can get up to a 2pm check-out on the day of departure. If they aren't a member but would like a late check-out, we would love to sign them up!

Flight Information:

-If flying in, your best options for airports will likely be Madison, WI or Cedar Rapids, IA. Cedar Rapids is generally cheaper, but Madison is a little closer and will likely have better amenities (renting cars and such).
