We have reserved a block of hotel rooms at the Cambridge Hotel and Conference Center for a discounted rate from June 8-10, 2024.

Guest Room Release / Cut-Off Date – All rooms will be held until Monday, April 8th, 2024 - so book as soon as you can!

Room Type - Traditional 2 Queens or Deluxe 1 Queen with a pull-out for June 8th and 9th, 2024.

Individual Reservations – We understand that guests will be responsible for reserving and paying for their accommodations. Please get in touch with their Reservations Department at 1.866.622.1505 or by email at reservations@Cambridgehotel.ca and quote the following group name: Tantalo & Apostolov Wedding. All individual reservations will be required to provide a valid credit card guarantee.

Guest Room ONLY rates: $139.00 with breakfast for 2 people

The above guest rooms will be reserved at a rate of $139.00 per room, per night, based on Single or Double Occupancy. The room rate includes a complete hot breakfast for 2 adults. A $10.00 per person fee applies to any third or fourth occupant over the age of 16 years old. Please note guest room rate(s) are subject to all applicable taxes, including 4% Municipal Accommodations Tax and 13% HST.

Guarantee / Cancellation Policy – All room reservations will be considered guaranteed 48 hours prior to arrival. Any cancellations within 48 hours and/or “no-shows” will be subject to full charges against the credit card provided at the time of reservation.
