Q: What’s the dress code?
A: Summer Cocktail- cocktail or sundresses, lightweight suits, or anything that feels good for a warm summer night. Jackets are optional; we want you to be comfortable and stay cool if it’s hot! Note that some of the reception will be on grass, so choose shoes accordingly.
Q: Is there a ceremony and reception?
A: We’ll be having a private ceremony beforehand, and then welcoming all of you to celebrate with us at the reception! The reception will be outdoors, weather permitting.
Q: What time should guests arrive?
A: Please plan to arrive at 5:30 PM.
Q: What’s the schedule for the reception?
A: The celebration will run from 5:30–10 pm. There won’t be a formal timeline—appetizers, raw bar, pizza, drinks, and music will all be happening throughout the evening!
Q: Will there be parking at the venue?
A: Yes, parking is available on-site.
Q: Is transportation provided, or should we drive/Uber?
A: Shuttles will be provided from the Fairfield Inn & Suites and the Hampton Inn & Suites in Plymouth, MA. Guests staying elsewhere are welcome to use the shuttle by going to this hotel!
Q: What’s the food situation at the reception?
A: Instead of a traditional sit-down dinner, we’ll have appetizers, a raw bar, and tons of pizza served throughout the evening—plus a full open bar!
Q: Can I bring a plus one?
A: We kindly ask that only those listed on your invitation join us, as space is limited.
Q: Are kids welcome?
A: While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration.
Q: Where’s the best place to stay nearby?
A: Plymouth is a popular summer spot, so we recommend booking accommodations early! A good option is the Fairfield Inn & Suites just outside downtown. Additional rooms are available at the Hampton Inn & Suites a few minutes walk away. The shuttle will stop at both hotels. Guests are welcome to stay anywhere they like, and can catch the shuttle from these locations.
Q: What if I have dietary restrictions?
A: We’ll have gluten-free and vegetarian pizza options available.
Q: Is the wedding rain or shine?
A: Yes! If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we have a beautiful indoor option.
