How They Met
Paul, a handsome businessman working to expand his business from Minneapolis to Chicago, lived a great bachelor life. He loved his family, his friends, work and his cars. However, something was missing. The right person to share his life with.

Frequenting Minneapolis for work, he agreed to accompany some friends to the Twin Cities Auto Show in mid-March 2018.
Little did he know he would soon meet...

Chersti, a well spoken presenter for the auto shows. She was in the process of transitioning into car sales for the luxury dealership in town, which is what brought her to the luxury ballroom that quiet evening. Her background in acting and modeling helped her meet new people, but this evening at the Auto Show was dead.
She was praying for someone to talk to when...
In walks a group of guys.

“Perfect!” She thinks.
“Finally someone to talk to.”

Little did she realize, she was about to meet her husband for the first time.

Fast forward to October of 2018.
Paul and Chersti have formed a deep friendship... Which is another way of saying- they were on-again-off-again dating for about 8 months.
They had let each other go a couple of times, only to deepen their friendship in the process and never stop thinking about each other.

October was different, though. They knew that this time, they were each going to give their relationship a fair shot.

Late March- April of 2019
Learning that they each had the qualities of a future husband/ wife that the other desired such as: a deep rooted faith in God the Father Son and Holy Spirit, as well as their desire to travel and grow a family,
Paul and Chersti had started discussing and praying about marriage.

Paul took the step of asking Chersti’s parents for permission to marry her! Unfortunately, Chersti left a few days later for an trip to Brazil. During her trip, they talked over the phone about options for marrying sooner. Up until this point they had been managing their relationship long distance from Minnesota to Chicago, and they wanted to live in the same state, however they wanted to wait to live together until after marriage. So they devised a plan....

The Proposal- April 15th
Upon her arrival back to the States on April 14th, Chersti knew that she and Paul would plan to be wed in early May. When did that leave time for Paul to Propose?!
Luckily, he had a plan in place.
The following night, Monday April 15th, Paul took Chersti out for an intimate dinner at their special restaurant, the 112 Eatery.
She was ready to show him her photos from her trip to Brazil and share memories when he disappeared to the bathroom, for 20 minutes!

Confused by the delay, Chersti shrugged her shoulders and kept sipping on her wine unknowingly...
Soon after, Paul appears again by the edge of the booth, and he drops to one knee! They got engaged and gleefully celebrated their future together.

Married- May 8th, 2019
It was a rainy day with terrible traffic, but everyone made it to the courthouse in time. Short but too sweet for words, Paul and Chersti exchange their vows. Now and forever, until death us do part. In love.

December 7th Wedding
