Check-in/out for Woodloch Springs is at the Reception Center at The Market at Woodloch. Address: 1623 PA-590 Hawley, PA 18428. The main entrance to Woodloch Springs is across the street from the Market.

Guest Home check-in will be ready no later than 5pm on Friday, October 11th. Check-out time is 11am on Sunday, October 13th.

Meals are not included with the Guest Home rates. Non-meal plan options are: Woodloch Pines Main Dining Room (reservations required), Woodloch Springs Clubhouse (reservations requested), The Country Store Deli and The Woodloch Market. Reservations can be made by calling 570-685-8000 option 3.

Please note, if you do not stay on Woodloch property, you will not be able to access the activities offered at Woodloch.

Need a ride anytime during your stay at Woodloch? Woodloch Drive is a car service for Woodloch guests providing rides between Woodloch Resort, Woodloch Springs, and the Lodge at Woodloch. To request a ride, please call (570) 685-8309.

Transportation has been arranged for our guests’ convenience. The shuttle bus will be available at the hotel at 2:10pm and depart to Woodloch promptly at 2:20pm. To return to the hotel, the shuttle will leave from Woodloch at 10pm.

Guests can stay 1 or more nights at our hotel block reserved at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Scranton Montage Mountain. The block is reserved for October 11th to October 13th. Check-In time is 3:00PM or later on Friday, October 11th. Check-Out time is 11:00AM on Sunday, October 13th. Please mention Swank Wedding when booking.

Room rates:

Queen Suites (2 beds, sleeps 4): $139 + tax per night

King Suites (1 bed, sleeps 2): $129 + tax per night

The hotel parking fee is waived for those who book through our wedding block. For guests that are flying, the hotel provides a shuttle to/from Wilkes-Barre Scranton International Airport. Complimentary breakfast at the hotel is also included.

Any “No-Show” arrivals will be subject to the charge of one night’s lodging plus taxes. All cancellations for individual rooms must be made by 4:00PM 48-Hours prior to arrival.

No wedding block is available and a 2 night minimum stay is required. Woodloch Resort is about a 20 minute drive away. This is a good option for our friends/family traveling from the New York tri-state area.

With only 12 rooms available at this boutique motel, rooms may book fast. Up to 2 rooms can be reserved under the same persons name and cancellations can be made up to 7 days prior to the check-in date.
