Samantha and Paul both grew up in Wausau, WI and have known each other since 5 years old. Maybe it was fate, maybe it was love at first sight, but since those days as Maine Lions they’ve been each other’s person. Together they’ve been a lot - Lions, Highlanders, Warriors and then parting ways to be Titans and Blue Devils. After college graduation and being long distance, they decided it was time to be another thing and that was together, wherever that landed them. Once the celebration settled, Samantha and Paul packed the boxes to become Green Bay residents. Paul turned in the UW- Stout baseball cap and accepted a job as a Mechanical Engineer and Samantha followed her heart to help children in the area by becoming a Child Social Worker for the county. As they’ve walked through this life together they’ve watched each other grow in passions, talents, degrees and careers. In February of 2023 Paul decided it was time to walk through one more thing together and that was a proposal. On a sun shining winter day at Cave Point he got down a knee and they became another thing together - engaged! Since then it’s been lots of preparing, planning, and creating as they anticipate their wedding day and becoming another thing together, married. As husband and wife they will continue to be each others person, just like they were at 5 years old, as they continue to grow together with house hunting, career building, and being a family full of love, kindness and hopefully some dogs and kids in the mix too!
